• Password (hashed and encrypted)

1.2 Blockchain Data

Your vault activity is recorded on the XRP Ledger, including:

• Wallet addresses
• Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, yields)
• Token holdings

Note: Blockchain data is public by design. Anyone can view XRPL transactions. We do not control this — it's inherent to how blockchains work.

1.3 Usage Data

We collect analytics to improve our service:

• Pages visited and features used
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Login timestamps

1.4 Communications

When you contact us, we retain:

• Email correspondence
• Support ticket history

3.1 We DO Share With:

• Payment processors: Stripe or similar services to handle subscriptions
• Blockchain networks: Transaction data is broadcast to the XRPL (public by design)
• Service providers: Infrastructure hosts, email services, analytics tools (under strict data agreements)
• Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

3.2 We DO NOT:

• Sell your data to advertisers or data brokers
• Share your email or personal info with third parties for marketing
• Use your data for purposes other than operating VaultDLT

4. Data Security

We take security seriously:

• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms

• Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel only
• We conduct regular security audits and monitoring

However: No system is 100% secure. While we implement strong protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.

You have the right to:

• Correction: Update inaccurate information in your account
• Deletion: Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export: Download your transaction history and vault data
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (account notifications still required)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account closure:

• Personal information is deleted within 90 days
• Financial records may be retained for 7 years (tax/legal compliance)
• Blockchain transactions remain on the XRPL permanently (public ledger)

VaultDLT uses minimal cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for login and account functionality
• Analytics cookies: Anonymous usage data to improve the site

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

VaultDLT is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately.

9. International Users

VaultDLT is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.

10. Third-Party Services

VaultDLT integrates with blockchain infrastructure and may link to external sites (XRPL explorers, partner tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Review their policies separately.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent site notice. Continued use of VaultDLT after changes constitutes acceptance.
